We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change your delivery address once you have paid for your order. We are also unable to change your item (ie, different colour/size). To change your item once you have paid for your order you will have to wait to receive the item then return it for an exchange. We despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving the order. If you pay for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

Your parcel will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service which takes 3-5 working days for arrival. If you would like your parcel faster than this you will have the option to upgrade your shipping service during checkout (additional costs will apply).

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We'll refund the original postage cost on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the original postage cost only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
