If you purchase by using eBay you are well advised to check what other people have said about the vendor, and are also covered against poor performance by the seller by their top notch security processes, If you buy items through a nornal classified advert, it is a good idea to transfer the money by paypal, as you are less likely to be cheated when protected by their payment system.
